One of New Jerseys best Rock bands Tula Vera does not stop! After their mystic 2022 album release “Shape Shifter”, the band already has new tracks lined-up for their loyal listeners, such as single “Liar Bitch” releasing 5/24/23 in preface of their upcoming EP The Moon & Her Creator. “Liar Bitch” perfectly encompasses Tula Vera’s heavier sound and attitude displayed by dracula-esque guitar fuzz, dark basslines, and Clay’s lyrics of “knowing”. Clay’s cheeky intimidating laughter and spooky whispers strike a pleasurable fear in us, as if we’re the nasty enemy the song exposes, whilst the theatrics of instrumentals ring our brains dizzy. Outside of “Liar Bitch”, further tracks include the many other elements and new elements of Tula Vera, such as embracing acoustic textures and poppy riffs. The Moon & Her Creator is anticipated to be another fluent mix of what it is Tula Vera has to offer.
“Songwriters Clay Parcells and Dylan Drummond found themselves atop a mountain of drafted songs after returning from a slew of triumphant winter and spring tours. The pair started experimenting and piecing the songs together with key edits from their longtime bandmates Margaret Marino and Joe Jansen.
